The VoIP portal at voip.ashnet.co.nz is where you manage your ASH NET phone numbers: call forwarding, voicemail, auto attendant, queues, caller ID, call history and more. It is separate from the ASH NET customer portal used for invoices and support tickets.
Logging in
- Go to voip.ashnet.co.nz/login.php.
- Enter your VoIP account number (or the email address on the account) and the portal password – both were emailed to you when your phone service was set up.
- Forgotten the password? Use the reset link if the login page offers one, or email [email protected] from the account holder’s address and we will reset it.
Finding your way around
- Voice tab – the Line Manager: a list of your phone numbers and extensions. Click a number to open its call flow page.
- On the call flow page you will find three drop-down menus – Incoming Calls (forwarding, voicemail, do not disturb, simultaneous ring, hunt group, queue, auto attendant, screening, blacklist), Outgoing Calls (caller ID, call barring, PIN codes, speed dial, redial, transfer options) and Other Settings.
- Voice → Phones – add IP desk phones for auto-provisioning.
- Reports – call history and queue reports.
- Account → Details / Logins – contact details, extra users and two-factor authentication.
We recommend turning on two-factor authentication – see Two-factor authentication for the VoIP portal.
