Home Phone Pricing
Prices exclude GST. Calling packs: 500 / 750 / 1,000 minutes for $60 / $90 / $120 + GST. The VoIP router (TP-Link VX230v) is $149.50 to buy or $7.50/month to rent, both including GST.

How It Works
Check your address – we confirm fibre availability and the best set-up.
Port your number – we handle the handover from your current provider; porting is free and usually takes 5–10 working days. Don’t cancel the old phone service until the port completes.
Plug in & call – your phone plugs into the Phone 1 port of the ASH NET VoIP router (TP-Link VX230v) or another VoIP router or adapter we support – never into the fibre box (ONT).
Power cuts – fibre and VoIP need power, so the phone stops working in an outage unless you have a battery backup. Keep a charged mobile for 111 calls. If someone in your home must be able to call 111 at all times, tell us – see our 111 Contact Code page.
