How To Switch
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or log a ticket in the customer portal) asking us to switch your connection to Safe Search, and tell us what you want restricted – for example adult content, social media, or time limits for particular devices. We set it up from our office and confirm by email.
Parental Control lets you restrict online content according to your children’s age and set time limits on specific devices; Google SafeSearch filters explicit results from searches. We can set up both according to your needs and manage changes as you require.
Changes are made on request from the account holder’s email address.
