You can answer and make calls on your ASH NET number from a computer with a headset. The desktop apps use the same login as the mobile app: your phone number and SIP password.

Setting up
- Install the app and open it. Windows may ask you to confirm the download – the installers are published by the app’s developer for our platform.
- Enter your phone number (digits only) and SIP password. If the app asks for a server or domain, use
sip2.ashnet.co.nz(port 5060). - Allow the app through Windows Firewall / macOS privacy prompts and choose your headset under audio settings.

*55to reach your voicemail and confirm audio works both ways.
