Every router needs the same two things on ASH NET fibre – DHCP / Dynamic IP and VLAN ID 10 (see Connection settings for your own router). Where to find the VLAN setting differs by brand. Menu names change between models and firmware versions, so treat this as a guide; for the full steps per brand see the BYO router settings pages, and if your model does not match, send us the make and model and we will email screenshots for it.
