These are Australian ADSL units with no VLAN tagging and no fibre WAN port – they cannot be used on ASH NET fibre.
You have three options: use one of the routers we sell (they arrive configured and ready to plug in), buy any VLAN-capable router from the list on the BYO router settings page, or rent a router from us on a 12-month plan.
